Brunel University : Customer Service as Sales Drive

During this session, Brunel will explore why and what your customers may not be happy about. They will go through their touchpoints with your service and products and together look into possible managerial actions that you may take forward to enhance your service delivery.
If your business is based in one of the seven West London boroughs (West London boroughs: Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow), your attendance will be completely subsidised, please email BrunelBusiness@brunel.ac.uk.
For businesses outside West London, you will receive a call from Brunel to make the payment. The event is priced at £200 for businesses based outside West London.
