Welcome to the Chamber
Hillingdon Chamber of Commerce was established in 1908 to work in the interests of the local business community and to help them achieve their full business potential. The Committee is run by a group of dedicated volunteers who have expertise and experience in the private, public and voluntary sector who meet on a monthly basis. The group is headed by the Chairman, Mike Langan, who has held the position for over 10 years. The Chamber has ties with West London Business and works in partnership with many local organisations such as Heathrow Airports Limited, Ward Williams, Uxbridge College and Brunel University.

Company: Hillingdon Chamber of Commerce
I have been involved with Hillingdon Chamber for over 20 years in the roles of Secretary, Treasurer and now as Chairman. When I originally joined it had less than 20 members and only covered Uxbridge and West Drayton businesses. Today the Chamber has around 300 members and is borough wide.
Hillingdon Chamber has developed vital links with organisations such as the local Council, the Police and West London Business and I sit on the Local Strategic Partnership with key partners of the borough which includes many voluntary bodies.
The Chamber has helped set up the first Hillingdon Expo which over 600 businesses attended and has been involved for many years with Heathrow Meet the Buyer, (now called Heathrow Summit) which aims to get businesses involved in obtaining contracts with airport companies and the local Council. We have brought businesses together by setting up a number of networking events with various partners throughout the borough, and are currently working with the Council to deliver a Business Support Programme. We also helped set up West London Business who provide informative and high quality networking events including West London Business Awards. The Chamber has also negotiated ½ hour free parking and reduced fees for residents which has helped some of the smaller businesses in the borough.
Hillingdon Chamber is run on behalf of its members by a hard working committee of volunteers and as we are a not for profit organisation rely mainly on subscriptions to cover our running costs. We have a very strong committee with a wealth of experience.
Why join? Why not! Every business will want to make new contacts, benefit from business advice and information and learn how to improve.

Company: One Care iT Limited
Pally Randhawa – Director of One Care iT Limited, attended Oak Farm Junior school and Bishopshalt Secondary School – both located in Hillingdon. After working for another local IT company for 6 years, I decided to form One Care iT Limited in 2005 to fulfil a global customers’ need for fixed priced maintenance IT support and achieve budgetary control of their requirements. Since 2005 the company has specialised in IT Security, Storage and Support, helping both SME’s to larger entities by providing solutions rather than simply selling products to grow our customer base.
One Care iT’s motto is “…service without compromise”, effectively allowing our clients control of their IT rather than the other way round. Customers have a choice and getting value for money is fundamental in any line business. These ethics have severed me well and remain true for today in the year when One Care iT celebrates its 10th anniversary.
My role is to ensure the Chambers IT requirements are fulfilled and I also have hosted IT events for local businesses.
