Apprenticeships with JGA
Take the initiative: employ a young person to bring together their fresh ideas and your vision
Grow your business: add training to develop their skills and talent to help realise your business ambitions
Achieve success: turn their increasing contribution and your investment of time and effort into profit
We use a blend of face-to-face training and e-learning, which minimises the time spent away from the workplace. This is more effective and efficient than traditional classroom methods.
We train throughout the year and work around shifts and work schedules. Flexibility within a distinct and recognisable structure will work for you and your apprentice.
We provide support for you and work with you to resolve any issues you might have. We keep you updated on your apprentice’s progress and you can input on your apprentice’s learning plan.
The Government, through the Skills Funding Agency, fully funds apprenticeships for 16-18 year old apprentices, and part funds those who are older.
JGA recruit and pre-screen ideal candidates for you – for 16-18 year olds you have no recruitment costs. We complete checks of eligibility for funding and assess skills in English, Maths and IT. You retain control of final selection.
