Hillingdon Chamber of Commerce

The Uxbridge chamber of trade and commerce was formed in 1908 and in the 1920′s included West Drayton and Cowley. By 1963 it had 265 members.

A second chamber of commerce for the north Hillingdon district was formed in 1936 and later after the formation of the Greater London Councils in 1965, the present day Hillingdon Chamber of Commerce was formed.

The Chamber Today
Today the Hillingdon Chamber of Commerce has over 300 members with a number of smaller local affiliated members in the towns of Ruislip Manor, Northwood Hills, and Hayes. Hillingdon Chamber in turn is affiliated to West London Business and the London Local Chambers, providing a web of support and strength for businesses of all sizes.

The local Chambers are centered around local shops and small businesses to ensuring that local communities continue to thrive and generate vibrant communities.

West London Business is the Chamber of Commerce for West London, representing the boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow and Hammersmith and Fulham.

Hillingdon Chamber of Commerce is also part of the newly formed Local London Chambers of Commerce.
